Damages & Issues
We take great care in packaging our products, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Email us at waxandlola@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Returns & Refunds
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

-Opened room sprays or wax melts
-Personalized or custom-made items
-Sale or clearance items
